Kero Kicki children’s beak shoe
A perfect first pair of beak shoes for the little one who has just started walking. The Kicki beak shoes are soft and supple, and have an added heel cap for extra support. All in all, a good, unlined shoe with lacing, for newbie walkers. These beak shoes are handmade at the Kero shoemaking shop in Sattajärvi, a small village above the Arctic Circle in Sweden.
One of the things that makes Kero so special, is that they only use natural tanning agents like wood bark, instead of harsh chemicals like chrome, to prepare the leather. Not only is this the oldest known method known to man, it’s also the most environmentally friendly. Natural tanning also makes the leather soft and breathable.
